Tal Dekel

Mr. Tal Dekel has been working for the Pelmar Group for more than 20 years. He started in sales and marketing and was MD of Dolm-Pelshar Ltd. Later in 2012 he was nominated as the CEO for TGL S.P. Industries Ltd.

In 2022 Tal was appointed CEO of the Pelmar Engineering Group. He has extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, multi-disciplinary management and has accumulated knowledge in the field of rubber machinery and raw materials.

Tal has an MBA and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.
